The common muse of the project that draws artists from different nations and cultures is the word "MAFIA". This in its various forms is surely the organization most globalized in the world, and also sadly the most devastating. Is hypocritical and unjustifiable that has not yet been given an adequate opportunity for all those active and creative boosts that have expressed their voice against the Mafia and organized crime. Therefore our aim is to collect all artistic expression inherent the Mafia to create a multifunctional cultural space that could be a historic landmark, artistic but also touristic. What container more 'suitable of a "Museum"?

According to the definition given by the International Council of Museums , in fact, "The Museum is a no-profit permanent institution in the service of society and its development, open to the public, conducting research on material and immaterial evidence of the man and his environment, acquiring them, preserving them, communiting them, and specifically exhibiting them for purposes of study, education and enjoyment."

We want to collect and to assist all the creative and activists urges from all the artists who want to express something about a reality that for a long time marked us in freedom, growth and development but especially in the culture in a different way for each other. The meeting will also be an opportunity for technical and stylistic comparison that will surely create an inevitable professional and human growth.

"MAFIA", a word too often censored, peraphs to cross out falsely the existence, but unfortunately tangible every day in every corner of our beloved land; through art we want to emerge as it is reflected in the eyes of the people, those who inherit the heavy burden of the shame (International) and proudly remain on their land to redeem themselves.

We will be proud to contribute to a different image of Sicily and all other habitats worlwide of mafia.
