PLEASE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT TO READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING EXPRESS CONDITIONS

The project will be divided into several phases:

1. The 1st Maphiart Competition will be online and opened to all artists who wish to publish the work. It will not be subject to any selection.

2. The 2nd Maphiart Competition will be implemented with the participation of the artists selected during the online competition and it will be open to more artists who have not participated in the 1st contest but they will be subject to selection.

3. Artists who wish to participate in the 1st and the 2nd contest can do that but submitting only the same artwork.

4. The 2nd contest MaphiArt will be located in a Sicilian location that is yet to be determined.

5. Once you took part in the competition Maphiart the artworks will remain available to the organization which it will give the absolute consideration as permanent artworks of the future International Museum of Maphia.

6. Once both competitions are finished, the artworks that have participated will be subject to selection by a national jury of historians art.

7. The number of works by artist who are admitted in both competitions shall be equal to one and have no size limit.

8. The competition will have no cost.

9. The deadline of application for the first Maphiart Competition is scheduled for 30th May 2010 but is subject to change to give the time to the artists to create their artworks.

10. About the date of completion of the competition all the artists included will be notified promptly via email.

11. Will be raffled a prize for the only one winner of the online contest chosen by visitors who will vote the artists in the competition. The name of the winner will be published in the web page www.maphiart.com.

12. Each artist will freely publish his work in iscrizione@maphiart.com giving name and surname, date of birth, place of residence, title of the work, explanation of the work and brief biography.
